From Concept to Completion

UX Process

The UX design process included:

Information Architecture – structuring both the Client Hub and Data Room for clear navigation and role-based access.
User Flows – mapping onboarding, file upload, document interaction, sharing, and permission management paths for different user roles (internal, free, paid, guest).
Wireframes – creating low-fidelity wireframes for all core screens, including upload processes, document history, analytics dashboards, and role-based views.
